This scheme acts to bridge the gap between teachers and students by assimilating teachers as the guardians of students. Under this scheme every teacher shoulders the responsibility of a group of about 30 students each for all their academic and administrative assistance. That teacher has to perform the role of a guardian by taking the account of their performance in the evaluation methods, keeping the records of their attendance and regularity in the classes and getting feedback by other concerned teachers.
